Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. For remote areas, delivery times may vary based on courier availability.

2. Dispatch Time

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
• Customized or prescription products may take additional time to process.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 2–4 business days
• Tier 2 & 3 cities: 4–7 business days
• Remote areas: up to 10 business days

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on prepaid orders above ₹999. A nominal fee may apply for orders below this amount or for cash-on-delivery options.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can also contact us if you do not receive your tracking ID within 2 days.

6. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, festivals, or courier issues. We are not liable for such delays but will assist with tracking and resolution.

7. Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video or photo proof.
