Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. To cancel, email us at ask@dristieyeverse.com or call +91 6289410470.

Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Return Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact.
• We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse or handling.

3. Refund Process

After receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status. If approved:

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or prescription eyewear
• Gift cards
• Items marked “Final Sale”

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to a product defect or wrong item sent, we will cover the return shipping cost.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please contact our team to arrange an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
